Welcome to Rewarding Perk! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. 1. User Accounts and Eligibility

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years of age to use our services.
2. One Account Rule: Each user is permitted to create and operate only one account per person, per household, and per IP address. Creating multiple accounts is strictly forbidden and will result in the termination of all associated accounts.
3. Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.
4. Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.

2. Earning and Rewards

1. Earning Points: Points are earned by successfully completing offers, surveys, and other tasks provided by our third-party advertisers (Offerwalls).
2. Third-Party Offers: We are not responsible for the content of third-party offers or any issues that may arise from them. Any dispute with an offer provider must be handled directly with that provider.
3. Point Value: Points awarded to your account have no cash value until they are successfully redeemed for a reward.

3. Prohibited Conduct (Cheating)

Any user found engaging in the following activities will have their account immediately terminated and all earnings forfeited:

• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other means to mask or change your true IP address or location.
• Using bots, emulators, scripts, or any form of automation to complete offers.
• Creating or accessing more than one account.
• Providing false or fraudulent information in surveys or offer sign-ups.
• Completing offers with the intent to reverse the transaction (e.g., cancelling a trial immediately for credit).

Our decision on what constitutes fraudulent activity is final.

4. Payments and Cashouts

1. Redemption: You can request a payout once you have reached the minimum required points for the selected reward.
2. Payment Information: It is your responsibility to provide accurate payment information (e.g., correct PayPal email or crypto wallet address). We are not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect address provided by you.
3. Processing Time: We aim to process all verified payments within 8-24 hours, but delays may occur.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and any outstanding earnings in your account will be forfeited.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
